Good and bad Good: Technician arrived within a couple of hours of my calling the office. He was friendly and professional. Whatever wire he found that was not connected, he connected properly. Very reasonable charge for a service call.
The Review on this appointment is good but read on... (This comment applies to original install and not today's visit). Unit has been installed less than 1 and half month ago an is already presenting issues with water entering the system. It was found that a crack exists were the original seal broke allowing water to come in so the job was not well done originally since it needs a reseal in a short period of time. Not Good. There are also stain marks in the ceiling that need to be fixed.
Technician sent to finish a contract. The technician send to our house was very polite and well presented but was heavily misinformed by the central office, he was told that he needed to pickup a check and that is what he told me when he entered the door. I told him if you are not bringing a contract to be signed I am not giving you any check, so he call the office and still the response was that he needed to pickup a check. AC not coiling efficiently and freezing Timely, efficient professional group. Found my long term ac company.
The front cover to our A/C of 11 months was misterously damaged. Unit works well. The technician was seemingly knowledgeable and certainly kind and curteous!
Superior customer service I had an incident with my filter in their last visit and a small valve repair they immediately sent someone out to resolve the issue Filter will bevirder to replace one thrown away and small valve around work that was done will be done with PVC when they come to install air filter
