Great service 2 words, great service! Jose, our technician from Cool Air USA did a great job! He came within the hour, made a thorough analysis to find out the issue and fix it. Our AC needs more work but he left the machine working. Not only did a great job, he was nice to explain what he was doing and how the machine works and should work. Also gave me good recommendations on how to choose a new thermostat based on what I want. Again, great service but also nice and polite. Definitely recommended.
Always honest and friendly Cool Air installed our new unit early 2020 & did an awesome job. This is their third visit & they’re always honest & reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We’re happy we have a trusted company to rely upon. Thank you

Service Call My technician David was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and caring. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood before he left what he did and what needs to be done. He also gave me advice on what I need to do in between service calls. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five for will recommend is because of the price. This has nothing to do with David as a technician because I know he does not set the prices.
