Outstanding Service! My wife was at home while I was at the office on a Sunday afternoon. At around 3:30pm, she calls to inform me that the A/C has been running, yet the thermostat was reading 82* (hold set at 74*). After remotely cycling the system with no joy, I Googled HVAC companies in South Florida and discovered Cool Air USA with an IMPRESSIVE 4.9 rating and over 3k reviews! Jack, Kevin and everyone in the office is wonderful Met with Jack who came out to discuss with me what was needed and what would be most beneficial for my home. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Toby in office was friendly and attentive. Kevin came on installation day and was awesome.
