Copper Key Realty and Management was an OK company to rent from. We became tenants of Copper Key Realty and Management in October of 2020. Upon move in we were greeted with stained carpets, dirty walls, and feces in the toilet (when we complained we were told it was from a "back up" that had occurred the weekend prior). The stove and oven were not properly cleaned. Stove top had oil and crumbs. I rented from Copper Key, Reliant at the time, from Oct 2018 to November 30th 2020. I rented a townhouse that was at the end of a building containing 4 townhouses. On my end there were two doors approximately 2 ft apart, my door, and the neighboring tenants door. I was at the very end on the left side when you are facing the building. Mary, The neighbors next to you have been there for more than 8 years, not 2 or 3. No one has ever complained about them before now. You called the police on them many, many times and nothing was ever done to them, so the police never thought there was any merit in your complaints. If they were doing something wrong, they could have been held accountable at that time. Poor response time to any form of inquiry. Rushed to jump into a rental property. Poor professionalism. Nickel-n-dimes your security deposit. Doesn't respond to phone calls in a timely manner and will sometimes only respond via email in an untimely manner.

Overcharge tenants for move out cost, rude, threatening demeanor, and make false claims on what tenant says as well as over inflated and false charges that would be more to restore property to move in date.

Initially as Reliant Realty were much more responsive, however have had many issues over the last few years with responsiveness to maintenance issues and problems found and discussed at inspections. Subpar maintenance done when work order placed. Poor communication. Met owner and now knowing what he has been told am very disappointed with company. They did not relay our concerns and many issues were left and are now worse to the point he had to take leave and drive from another military base to fix them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Getting the house was fine and no problems but leave has been like hell on earth especially dealing with taylor. I literally got my orders a week before I leave and she straight up told my wife over the phone that she was not willing to help us with the move out inspection or anything. Arthur, you know none of what you are saying is true. Just because you got orders late, we aren't allowed to change our rules and policies that follow the law. It seems like if you have a house that your are buying and closing on, you might have had more notice than you gave us. The worst business ever. They are croaks and should not be allowed to hold rental properties. I will not recommend them to ANYONE including the military community that I know. The broker is rude and doesn't not care for any type of service to the tenants. The staff are just as bad. Donna up front is rude and so unprofessional. They charge for things when moving out but doesn't even repair the things they charged for. My fiancé and I recently signed a lease in Clarksville with Reliant. We are so disappointed in how management handled our requests and needs. We worked with Taylor, but she failed to disclose the eye sores inside the home that needed attention.
