As a vendor, the people at Reliant are great to work with. They are professional, friendly and effective.
Beginning a new lease with Reliant and so far everything is going very smoothly. They were very helpful and friendly in assisting my wife over the phone and setting up a time for me to come look at property(geographical bachelor). Answered all questions and concerns in a very timely manner and I as well as my family look forward to moving in next week. Very positive experience so far.
I have been using Reliant Realty as a property management for about a 1 and a half now, they are awesome. Visits are performed very often, and if there are any issues, you are notified immediately. I would definitely recommend to others.
They have managed my home while I was active duty military on 2 separate occasions. They are always prompt to respond to requests and very helpful when dealing with issues. I would choose them anytime aND recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.
Reliant has managed our property for 2 1/2 years. We have been pleased with the way they take care of everything and keep us informed. When the property was available, they worked quickly to find renters. I would definitely recommend them!
Reliant has been amazing at taking care of our home for us. We are always provided with up to date information and they have been great at ensuring our home is treated properly. They do amazing at keeping our home rented and have a very quick turn over rate which is exactly what we need in a property management company. They are all very friendly and we know our home is in good hands.
I just want to say I've been in the area for many many years and have rented through so many companies that are horrible. I mean HORRIBLE. Reliant is THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. They were always on any problems in a quick timely manner! I would not recommend Copper Key to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The staff was consistently rude, confrontational, and unprofessional whenever questions or concerns were raised. Instead of working with residents to resolve issues, they often seemed defensive and unwilling to help. Communication was poor throughout our tenancy, with calls and emails frequently going unanswered or taking far too long to receive a response. I'm sorry you feel this way. I have reviewed all correspondence and it looked like we tried to work with you in several different circumstances from getting a different technician for an HVAC problem and reversing the charges, to answering any questions you had on your move out inspection and the charges that followed. I don't see where you were charged any hidden fees that were not noted in the lease, or where you weren't rsponded to. Again, I apolgize if you felt that way. Good luck in your future home.
From move-in, the home was in poor and unsanitary condition. I had to deep-clean extensively, including rat droppings, mold in the shower hardware, dirty/clogged drains, greasy cabinet hardware, and cabinets with water damage and stains from prior tenants. The refrigerator water dispenser had mold, and the freezer was cracked and dirty underneath the vents. There was also trash under the porch and debris in HVAC vents.
