Beginning a new lease with Reliant and so far everything is going very smoothly. They were very helpful and friendly in assisting my wife over the phone and setting up a time for me to come look at property(geographical bachelor). Answered all questions and concerns in a very timely manner and I as well as my family look forward to moving in next week. Very positive experience so far.

I have been using Reliant Realty as a property management for about a 1 and a half now, they are awesome. Visits are performed very often, and if there are any issues, you are notified immediately. I would definitely recommend to others.

They have managed my home while I was active duty military on 2 separate occasions. They are always prompt to respond to requests and very helpful when dealing with issues. I would choose them anytime aND recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

Reliant has managed our property for 2 1/2 years. We have been pleased with the way they take care of everything and keep us informed. When the property was available, they worked quickly to find renters. I would definitely recommend them!

Reliant has been amazing at taking care of our home for us. We are always provided with up to date information and they have been great at ensuring our home is treated properly. They do amazing at keeping our home rented and have a very quick turn over rate which is exactly what we need in a property management company. They are all very friendly and we know our home is in good hands.

I just want to say I've been in the area for many many years and have rented through so many companies that are horrible. I mean HORRIBLE. Reliant is THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. They were always on any problems in a quick timely manner! Upon moving out Savannah H***** was very sweet and pointed out little things I needed to do before getting almost my whole deposit back and gave me time to fix those. If I was able to give 0 stars! Definitely Wood. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. From the moment I walked in the staff was absolutely rude. Talked over me and spoke to me as if I was a second class citizen. Just like on your ****** review, most of what you are saying isn't true. You didn't like the answer you got on the phone about the denial of your application, so you stormed in here. You were screaming. My leasing agent came into my office crying because of how you were talking to her. I went to the front to ask you why you were screaming and you said that's how you were being talked to. I asked you to stop screaming because my other leasing was on the phone and couldn't hear. Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. 3yrs of unresolved maintenance issues and rent increases. Selective communication and greed, along with willful neglect makes this the absolute bottom pick for anyone looking to rent, or have your property managed by.

They do not communicate well. I could hardly get anyone to email back or answer their phone. I had to pay a 200 dollar electric bill because they didn't tell us when they were done with their inspection until a month and a half after we had vacated the property. 

Business response:

I'm sorry you feel that way. You broke your lease 6-7 months early, and that means that you are responsible for rent and utilities until someone new moves in. You and your co-tenants were responsible until 2/20, and someone new moved in on 2/21. If you have a bill past 2/21, please let me know by calling the rental office. You do have a past due balance for damages and rent that we have been speaking to one of the tenants about because she responded to the emails.
