Reliant has managed our property for 2 1/2 years. We have been pleased with the way they take care of everything and keep us informed. When the property was available, they worked quickly to find renters. I would definitely recommend them!
Reliant has been amazing at taking care of our home for us. We are always provided with up to date information and they have been great at ensuring our home is treated properly. They do amazing at keeping our home rented and have a very quick turn over rate which is exactly what we need in a property management company. They are all very friendly and we know our home is in good hands.
I just want to say I've been in the area for many many years and have rented through so many companies that are horrible. I mean HORRIBLE. Reliant is THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. They were always on any problems in a quick timely manner! Upon moving out Savannah H***** was very sweet and pointed out little things I needed to do before getting almost my whole deposit back and gave me time to fix those.
