I have used Reliant Realty Property Management for almost three years now and I have loved it! They are always responsive whenever I have questions or concerns about my property, whether on the phone or through email. My property hasn't been empty for more than a month when in between renters. And they really take care of my property, letting me know when repairs need to be made. The best property management company I've ever worked with! If you are a renter, their units are very clean and units are rent ready. The company stays on top of repairs. As a property owner, Reliant Realty does a fantastic job at taking care of my property, finds quality renters, ensures the property is well maintained, and handles all the book work so for me. Their monthly statements are easy to read so you know exactly where your money is going and expenses incurred. I highly recommend Reliant Realty!

If you ever need to rent or sell your house, Cheryl with Reliant Realty is the company to trust your home with! I put my house up for rent with her in July of 2016. We are a military family and not only did she help us with prepping the house for the renters but she had it rented within 4 DAYS of it being posted!!
