If you ever need to rent or sell your house, Cheryl with Reliant Realty is the company to trust your home with! I put my house up for rent with her in July of 2016. We could not ask for a better property manager! Cheryle has always come through for us. We recently sold our home, which Cheryle managed, and we had an offer before the house went on the market. It took less than a month to sell. We are so grateful for Cheryle's support and professionalism throughout the years. Being in a military town, it is hard to find people who genuinely support the community. Cheryle is one of the few who cares!
I have had multiple realty management companies I have dealt with for either rentals or home buying. This property management company was by far the best! Checking on property, finding affordable repair services, and sending payments promptly were actions performed phenomenally. They completed the loop with exceptional service selling my home. My home was under contract within 30 days and closed a short time after. Cheryl and Heather are two realtors I HIGHLY recommend!
Reliant Realty Property Management were very professional in helping me family settle in a new city in time to move our belongings in time. The staff that I corresponded with were knowledgeable about the rental housing market and advised me on best locations based on job location.

I have been using Reliant Realty as a property management for about a 1 and a half now, they are awesome. Visits are performed very often, and if there are any issues, you are notified immediately. I would definitely recommend to others.
