The worst business ever. They are croaks and should not be allowed to hold rental properties. I will not recommend them to ANYONE including the military community that I know. The broker is rude and doesn't not care for any type of service to the tenants. The staff are just as bad. Donna up front is rude and so unprofessional. They charge for things when moving out but doesn't even repair the things they charged for. If it was the other way around the tenants would have to show proof things were repaired before money is give... read more

Joshua, I'm sorry you feel this way. I've checked with my whole office to find out what the problems were. Everyone remembers you as a nice pleasant tenant. They said you moved in a day early, and took the lockbox before we could do the inspection, but that was all anyone remembers being negative. We got the situation resolved with you, and that was over a year ago. We checked your work orders, and they were taken care of in a very timely manner, and we even sent you invoices as backup for a water issue. The person who di... read more

My fiancé and I recently signed a lease in Clarksville with Reliant. We are so disappointed in how management handled our requests and needs. We worked with Taylor, but she failed to disclose the eye sores inside the home that needed attention. I met with her in person today to talk about what needed to be painted inside the home, and our requests were denied. On top of that, she seemed annoyed that she had to come out to the property. When I made her aware of maintenance issues, she gave excuses like "I've already talked to... read more

Business response:

India, Thank you for your review. I have to take a minute and address some of your concerns: We don't normally meet people at the home, but at your request, we sent Taylor out to meet with you. She said to you "when you look around this house, does it look like a house that's in poor shape?" You said "no". She said, "you do realize the things you are asking to get done are not normal things, and you are being extremely detail oriented above and beyond what is normal", and you said "yes, I'm a very particular person". You hav... read more

I just recently moved in to a house under their management and with the exception of one instance, I have had nothing but good experiences. Most of my interactions have been either over the phone or email, due to work/ business hour conflicts. My lease started on August 22nd, I started paying rent from that day (no issue), I had called the office twice and spoken with 2 different people to let them know that I was out of town and would call them for the front door lock box code when I got back, they understood and assured th... read more

This is my truth, no need for the management to comment or be offended for my experience. There is no excuse. A two year nightmare, I will start off with the pros/good, the house rented within two weeks of us doing business with this management. Now the Cons/bad, I wanted to rent my house for a certain amount and it was highly recommended for what they thought would be better, which was 100 less with pets any size. Red flag. Any repairs that needs to be made to the home: recommendation to me, do not get ************* shield ... read more

Business response:

Asia, I'm going to respond to you even though you said it wasn't needed. I want to explain some things to you, just because we have had a 2 year relationship and what you are saying is not completely true. The price you wanted for your house was $75 more than we rented it for. You didn't have to agree, but you wanted it rented quickly, and you were asking too much. I would have looked at comps to show you what it should rent for. Price is always ultimately up to the owner, I just show you the facts and I suggest a price. I... read more

Reliant Realty has all the things needed to be a great company. However it takes great customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. Living at a realty property for almost 5 years, never late on rent, maintained the property as if it was our own, and ensuring they had everything they needed from us when it was time to move on to something better... what we got from the office manager was extremely rude and nasty at all times. The main office full of women who seem to enjoy being nasty to customers who just have questio... read more

Business response:

Michael, I'm very sorry you feel this way. We have always had a good relationship with you the whole time you were there. I know you were upset that we were unable to let you out of your lease when you gave us change of brigade orders because you would now be going through a different gate at Ft. Campbell. That was not acceptable under the SCRA, and you were not happy about that because you bought a house while still under a lease. There wasn't anything I could do about that. You had signed the lease stating you would get a ... read more

The homes offered for rent and sale are nice. The online site used is efficient and the best way to contact them. The company only knows basic information about your potential new home. Do research on your own prior to signing a lease about the whole area.

I rented from Reliant and it was the worst experience of my life. I have never written a bad review ever until now. I moved into a home that was not punted and had water damage. I was promised by Reliant that these issues would be fixed. I was there for 12 months and it was never fixed. Then I got charged $700 out of my deposit because of these issues. Regardless of the e-mails I have from them saying that I wouldn't be charged along with the move in inspection they decided to charge me anyway. Also, state law requires them ... read more

Mr. *****, I'm sorry you had such a difficult experience. As stated to your wife numerous times, we never said we were painting the full house. 13 walls that needed it got painted, and I have reviewed the move in photos, and the rest of the walls were fine. If the other walls needed it, we would have painted those at the same time. This is an 11 year old home, and it's not going to look perfect, but the walls looked pretty good. If we could paint all the walls each time, that would be great, but it is not in the owners' budg... read more
