I just want to thank all the people that work at the Reliant office here in Clarksville Tennessee. They were always so personable, professional, friendly and very helpful. When ever I had an issue with the apartment that I still now rent they always took care of it, no questions asked and no delay in services. I couldn't have asked for a better management group and I will really miss seeing, speaking and paying my rent through them since now my building has a new owner that decided to cut ties with their company.. I personally visited every property management office before I trusted my home to Reliant. I have not been disappointed. The timely, personable communication and efficiency with taking care of all issues at reasonable costs will keep me with this excellent company.
I have used Reliant Realty Property Management for almost three years now and I have loved it! They are always responsive whenever I have questions or concerns about my property, whether on the phone or through email. My property hasn't been empty for more than a month when in between renters. And they really take care of my property, letting me know when repairs need to be made.
