Been doing business with Reliant in Clarksville since their inception, and after they took over from a prior property management around 2012. Long story short, I PCS'd in 2009 from Fort Campbell and for the following nine years I was not able to see my property due to military requirements. Reliant maintained my property for over 3yrs. They provided timely feedback and quick turn around as it relates to issues with the property. Their professional staff ensured my needs and those of my resident were met. I would definitely recommend them to others.
The ladies at Reliant were amazing the entire time we were in the house we rented through them. Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to move early (not ours or Reliants fault) and they worked with us! They answered any questions and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Reliant as someone who rented through them!
