WORST service I have ever seen in Killeen, TX. Food is bland with no flavor. Waitresses will argue with you. Eggs raw as can be, sausage still pink inside. They gonna get someone sick as hell. Will. NEVER go back
For years we have eaten at the Reno, Nevada diner, and this time we chose to eat at the Sparks Nevada diner because we were coming from a doctor's appointment and had not had time for breakfast. I have to say that it was a complete disappointment. The store was not that busy because it was just about 10:00 a.m. but we didn't want a big breakfast so we ordered the biscuits and gravy. Went to this restaurant today and it was the worst treatment we have ever had,we took or 83 year uncle there,we were visiting him from wash state ,they called our uncle a old man and and racist and literally getting pushed out of the restaurant,over a misunderstanding on the chicken fried steak,how disgusting and disrespectful to elderly people,we were a mixed race group so we were far from racist!!the ass manager Ryan needs some training with the public,WORSE experience ever!!!,we love black bear diner a lot but not this on... read more
I wish I could show you a picture of my hash browns, layers of hard scrapings off the grill, burned in places, stacked in my container on take out today. I couldn’t even eat them, they were so hard. We live 13 miles out or I would have brought my veggie omelet, hard as rock hash browns back for a refund.😠

don't microwave food that gets sent back because it was raw. I asked for over medium eggs and they came out with the whites not even done and the country potatoes had that raw crunch too. to fix it all y'all did was throw it in the microwave which in turn still didn't cook the eggs all the way and only succeeded in heating up the orange slice garnish and wilting the lettuce garnish
just had the worst experience ever. I waited si long for my to go order, even though at 2:30 the luch crowd was gone. I went to see what was taking so long and two employees were standing up talking. They started putting the food in a bag. Needless to say the burger was cold and bottom bun soggy. Just nasty, and I use to love them
we are here right now eating with 14 people. there are 3 people that still haven't gotten food everyone else is done eating.
