we used to stay in st George Utah and ate many meals at the black bear. but management changed and the quality of the drinks and food did a serious nosedive!!! the drink machine was broken and the beverages were awful!!! vegetables were old and mushy. prime rib was all fat!!! the only decent part of our meal was the corn bread and salad. the waitress was very good though. we were asked how our meal was when we paid but we were very truthful. we said never would we eat at the black bear again!!!!!
Chronic diseases/infection can be so draining especially when you’re taking treatment and it’s not working but little do we know that getting rid of chronic diseases/infections permanently without it reoccurring requires herbal remedy from the right herbal Doctor but we all are carried away by the lies medical doctors tells us, even when they know that there treatment wouldn’t cure the disease they still prescribe just because of the money without thinking about the patients life. Anyways I’m here to tell you that Dr Kokobi ... read more
I made hostess/management aware of the loose front door handle two weeks ago at the Laveen Arizona location and nothing has been done to fix it.
The Redding CA is now managed by Jim, aka The Black Bear Weirdo. If I don’t like something cooked until it’s black (burnt) as a paying customer I really don’t like it when the replacement also has burnt ingredients. This would have never happened with the last manager. Jim, the manager & cook made sure this was how it went down. That’s a weird way to run a restaurant. The burnt flavor has a way of spreading around. I don’t like burnt. I’m spending my money where I’m listened to when my order is made. Of course I did... read more
First time we were amazed second time the waitress was snarky but we blew it off to her joking. Third trip I guess it was the manager. He asks if the food was ok. It was but we just can’t eat that much he sniped well you can get smaller portions . Today was our 4 th and final time to go here. We got the little less menu. I had a biscuit with 2 sausages except there was only One sausage, my husband got the biscuit with two bacon except there was only bacon. So we paid 28 bucks for two Biscuits 1 bacon and 1 sausage. No thank... read more
A really disappointing chicken fried steak. Breading was excellent but the meat was just complete mush. You could push the blunt end of a fork right through it.
We got the chicken fried steak. It was similar to a microwave dinner. The salad was just bag lettuce mix. Nothing else. My son got the kids mac n cheese. It was cold. Not as in it cooled off cold. It was out of the fridge and not thoroughly microwaved very cold. It was gross. He didn’t eat. We won’t be back.
Service was ok, however food was delivered to table wrong, had to be returned. toom 25 more minutes to again bring food out wrong.
I would love to have tried the food? parking lot and tables were only half full. we were told there's a 30 to 45 minutes to sit down and get a cup of coffee. very rude and not at all hospitable. I understand short staffed and don't mind a wait but, rudeness is not tolerated
