Richfield ut location has excellent service but the 4 times we've been there the food is lacking. The bread with my parmesan burger was sopping wet and greasy-couldn't eat it. burger small thin and way overdone. my hubby ordered the chicken fried steak n 3eggs and got 1 egg and 1 biscuit and it was greasy! we have dined at other locations over the years and food was great. BTW the cobbler we bought at Richfield 2 diff times were stale. sad. we enjoy great service and always tip 20-25%.

North Little Rock Arkansas. We had a reservations on Saturday March 22,2023. We had very bad server it take over half hour to get are drinks. Then we had member are party took the orders and turn them into the cook. Because our waiter never had time to do because she had other tables to do first (when she back she only had 4 drinks and she was gone again). She kept saying she was so sick and she never came to work. After we had food and done eating was only two and half hours. So don’t come in more because they can’t handle... read more
Waited 35 minutes at the Chico restaurant and didn’t even get our order taken. They took our drink order but never delivered them. Today 4/3/2023 11:30 to 12:05 we just gave up and left 😰
When you come in for breakfast and you get a hair in your food and then hear lots of cussing and complaining from the kitchen staff anytime a member of the wait staff asks something of them, it's not a fun time. While sitting at my table, I could hear what seemed like the head cook dropping cuss words and complaining that "we must be the only restaurant open, it's not like our food is that good" because it was slightly busy in the restaurant. won't be back. This was in North Little Rock, AR
Take out from 30+ miles. Cold food and missing items. Will not return. Very disappointed....
I got the small portion chicken fried steak dinner at the new Black Bear Diner in El Paso, Tx. It was very disappointing, obviously a frozen patty and the taste was bad! I’ve been to the diner in Oakley, Ca multiple times when visiting the area and every time the food has been fresh and amazing. You need to provide the same quality food in El Paso!
Placed our name on the text list for a table, received the confirmation text and we were told 20 minutes. After 35 minutes we inquired and were told our name wasn’t on the list, “the system must have blown it out”. After a few minutes, the hostess says, let me just seat you now. We are seated and 25 minutes go by with no service, no acknowledgment, from our sever or anyone, so we left. Went in for breakfast the other day nobody greeted me then I was cut off by a waiter. That never even said excuse me then I sat at a table and waited while waitresses had conversations between each other right next to me, and never waited on me or acknowledge me after about 10 minutes of being ignored, I left Won’t be going back there
