I had a wonderful experience with Ammie Patterson, my psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly took the time to understand exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or dismissed—she listened carefully and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had experiences with other providers in the past where I did not feel fully heard or comfortable, so I was nervous about reaching out again. I truly feel supported and understood every time I'm there. I'm really glad I came to Family Care Center in Briargate. I was extremely depressed and had difficulty functioning when I first came to get help. I was arranged to receive TMS, and both my psychologist Nicole and Monique were so supportive throughout. I am continuing therapy sessions with Stacy and she's so calm, and kind. I really look forward to my appointments with her. Family Care Center has truly helped me keep my life going despite the difficult times.
