Had an amazing first few appointments and will continue to come back. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.
Now that I’ve settled into my therapy sessions, I’m experiencing the hard work. This takes support. I feel very supported here. I’m very grateful for the positivity of everyone in the office.

My experience with the Family Care Center was as good as the first one. Marie Hsu is a fabulous, skilled psychiatric practitioner. She excels at helping the client feel comfortable, safe and confident of improved psychological wellness. She remembered me and we made some achievable plans for next steps for me and my relationship with my wife.

We had scheduling conflicts the last few months. We have been trying to get back into some type of recurring schedule. I was late to this last one & wasn't even sure if we could be seen but showed up just in case. I tried to notify the local office but I wasnt able to get a hold of anyone. Our provider not only saw us, but spent some time to talk about the past scheduling conflicts (my new job & schedule updates) along with a better schedule for everyone moving forward.
