I feel blessed to have found such a great and caring clinic at Stone Oak. Dr. Jackson is always a pleasure to be seen by him because he is thorough and compassionate and takes the time to hear you out and gives you the best advice for future health planning. Before seeing the doctor, Mr. Martin is the one taking vitals and history and he is very good at his job because he shows interest and much kindness to the patient. First appointment just yesterday but so far so good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A little bit of glitches with filling out paperwork online. But no biggie, could have been operator error. :) More importantly very pleased with my counselor. Which I feel I may owe her an apology. I believe we might’ve gone a little over on my first session. I apologize for that but nevertheless, she was very polite and allowed me to share as I needed it.

I had high expectations for The Family Care Center—I nded some assistance in reorienting my life/goals. I am very impressed w/ the Therapist I worked with, AND w/ the great medical care, w/ P.A., I received over past few months. In office I note all ages, genders, each always promptly tended to, & people seem, imo, highly satisfied w/ all aspects of their care! Therapist and Psychiatrist are very easy to talk to.
I have been treated very well. Every person I have dealt with has been friendly, kind and efficient, especially Alexa who has given me my treatments. I highly recommend this organization.
Staff are wonderful, and my therapist has been amazing. Kind, compassionate care. Could not recommend them more highly.
Our counselor is patient, supportive and compassionate. I appreciate her so much. She has made me look at things in a different perspective.
Pam is a wonderful therapist. She is a great listener and always offers her thoughts. She is very interactive. I enjoy that. Sabrina & Dee are fantastic. They have a special way of making everyone feel important and special. Wonderful team.
