Medical Assistant staff both assigned to Bethany Helm and those that fill in for regular MA are always extremely nice and helpful; Whenever I need assistance for any reason the staff takes me very seriously and always calls back or leaves voicemail to ensure i am informed. Front desk is always extremely friendly and helpful. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the doctors and therapists are knowledgeable, supportive and they listen; they provide helpful solutions and someone is always available should there be a necessity. I recommend this group.
