Our experience at Pacifica Senior Living has been wonderful. The care staff and management are exceptional. They are very compassionate and loving with the residents as well as with the family & friends who visit. I feel like we are all extended family. My late father received excellent care and my mother continues to reside at Pacifica where she is thriving and living her best life with the limitations that come with Dementia/Alzheimer's. What an amazing place for seniors I would recommend it for anyone that looking for memory care I came to visit and pray for a friend I was amazed by the staff and everything around me. May God bless this place and everyone that is working here

I had a very positive experience with my tour. The staff appeared knowledgeable and friendly. Resident acknowledged staff and we’re happy to see them. Facility appeared clean. I like the cottage layout, the spacious rooms and the shadow boxes. We received a discount which is a welcome surprise. Thus far, my questions have been answered and I believe this to be the best of all the memory care places I toured and explored for my husband.

Highly recommend Pacifica in Riverside! The cottages are very clean, cheerful. The staff throughout the facility have been so caring and kind. It is a home for my mom, because she needs care. Care I could not do by myself 24/7. It was a tough decision, but after touring and meeting staff, I knew this was a place for my mom. There are other residents she can do activities with. My husband stayed at Pacifica Senior Living for respite care. The facility was Clear and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and very attentive to my husband's needs. The meals were excellent and well-balanced, My husband enjoyed every meal. The staff was fully professional, as well as caring I would bring my husband back for another stay

The staff really cares and know their patients and it has been a smooth transition for my Dad. He really likes it there and loves sitting outside in the courtyard. My Dad has gain weight from eating well and getting his medicines consistently. When he lived alone I wasn't sure if he was eating consistently and I know he wasn't take his medicines correctly. Overall my mom's experience has been very good. She is treated with love and kindness. I believe that her health has improved since she has been here. She is more social and bright.

They are very strict with medication. Need hand written prescription with dr signature. This is due to safety of the resident. The facility is very clean - have seen housekeepers. They would introduce themselves. Windows are opened during the day to get fresh air. At first, we thought he didn't like the food since he wasn't eating. Maybe it was the adjustment. My dad seems to like the food now because he's eating. If he's asleep during meal time, they will save the food and feed him once awake. The move in process was stress... read more

My mom is very happy there and the family loves Pacifica. The facility is top notch! Always clean and welcoming. The staff are the nicest, professional and patient! They take extremely good care of my mom around the clock!
