Wow, what another fantastic event (a Laua) for the residents and family on [date removed] I was initially disappointed because I didn’t see the pig in the ground (or only in Hawaii) but what was even better; was the pig was deliciously prepared and was on our plates along with chicken and everything else imaginable for a great party. People here were friendly. Everybody had a good time. They got to do the hula dancing with everybody. It was really really a good time for everybody. They really make everyone feel very welcome and like family.

Very clean facility. Staff seem to really care about the residents and take individual needs into consideration. Staff is kind to the family. Security is excellent. The environment is welcoming. The only negative is communication with each individual cottage residents are in. They are great with after hours communication. I highly recommend Pacifica Riverside. They were also extremely kind to us when my dad passed away.

They treat the residents with so much respect and like they are family. And they also provide so much care and support for the resident's family too. [name removed], [name removed]and the care teams truly were amazing at helping us through the journey with my mom. When she had her stroke they were amazing and really helped her and me process through it all until mom passed. They are not the "shiny penny" of facilities. Our experience at Pacifica Senior Living has been wonderful. The care staff and management are exceptional. They are very compassionate and loving with the residents as well as with the family & friends who visit. I feel like we are all extended family. My late father received excellent care and my mother continues to reside at Pacifica where she is thriving and living her best life with the limitations that come with Dementia/Alzheimer's. I had a very positive experience with my tour. The staff appeared knowledgeable and friendly. Resident acknowledged staff and we’re happy to see them. Facility appeared clean. I like the cottage layout, the spacious rooms and the shadow boxes. We received a discount which is a welcome surprise. Thus far, my questions have been answered and I believe this to be the best of all the memory care places I toured and explored for my husband.

Highly recommend Pacifica in Riverside! The cottages are very clean, cheerful. The staff throughout the facility have been so caring and kind. It is a home for my mom, because she needs care. Care I could not do by myself 24/7. It was a tough decision, but after touring and meeting staff, I knew this was a place for my mom. There are other residents she can do activities with. My husband stayed at Pacifica Senior Living for respite care. The facility was Clear and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and very attentive to my husband's needs. The meals were excellent and well-balanced, My husband enjoyed every meal. The staff was fully professional, as well as caring I would bring my husband back for another stay
