They are very strict with medication. Need hand written prescription with dr signature. This is due to safety of the resident. The facility is very clean - have seen housekeepers. They would introduce themselves. Windows are opened during the day to get fresh air. At first, we thought he didn't like the food since he wasn't eating. Maybe it was the adjustment. My mom is very happy there and the family loves Pacifica. The facility is top notch! Always clean and welcoming. The staff are the nicest, professional and patient! They take extremely good care of my mom around the clock!
Pacifica Senior Living Riverside has, by far, the best planned residence for Memory Care. I was impressed by how well designed this place is and by how much thought was put into every aspect of this facility. The cottages are set up around a secured area or yard with a walking path that leads from one entrance to one cottage and out to the other. My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Riverside and everything has been going very well for him at this facility so far. The staff are good. The cleanliness and friendliness are very good. The care services, activities, meals and value for cost are also good. My only complaint would be that it's hard to reach someone every time you call to check on your loved one. Otherwise, things have been going really well.
The staff truly care about the residents. They have fun activities for the families and resident and have great communication with families.
We were so nervous and overwhelmed when tasked with finding care for my uncle. The staff was caring, welcoming and empathetic. They made a challenging process easier. My uncle is settling in and making this is new home.
