I've had a great experience at this nursing home. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff are always kind and attentive. Everything has been excellent from the care to the overall atmosphere. Aly has been especially helpful, supportive, and patient with me she truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. I'm really grateful for the care I've received here.

My husband had a stroke & aneurysm November 2024. He wound up back in the hospital January 2025 with Hydrocephalus. February 15th 2025 he was sent to Cottonwood & was released a few days before Christmas to a different facility closer to our home. I have to say Cottonwood is a wonderful SNF. Everyone was great. The place is clean. The nurses, CNAs, & therapist took such great care of him. If there's an issue they address it immediately. My husband is a very picky eater. My son was a patient for 6 months, the Rns, Cnas we're all excellent but most important the therapy team we're all outstanding, Laura, Russell, kayla, Daniel, Chad, Kelsie, Regina, Nadine they were all there to assist my son in his recovery. They had his best interest in mind when performing his therapy would not take no from him kept pushing him for improvement. special shout out to Russell and Laura as they worked with him daily. Special shout out to CNA Jessica her personal touch was above the norm for a CNA.

Cottonwood Canyon Healthcare Center truly stands out. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely committed to providing excellent care. The facility is clean, well-kept, and maintained. I'm impressed by the team's dedication and compassion.

I have been staying at Cottonwood after a stroke and everyone helped me with my recovery they were professional and compassionate. I want to give out a special to Irma (ca) for all her help/ also I would like to give Eileen Anderson a special recommendation we're going out of her way with my nutrition. I will love you always. Cottonwood Canyon Healthcare Center is a great place. I have never felt welcomed by so many people. Everyone is so kind and attentive. The facility itself was well maintained. I commend the staff for their dedication to patient care. I highly recommend this facility.

I think finding the right skilled nursing facility is always hard, but Cottonwood hands down has been such a delight to be in. The patients are nice and from what I see, are well taken care of. The facility has an amazing team and will hold your hand through the whole process from admission to the facility until discharge back home.
