Do not come here. My grandmother was sent here to recover from a surgery and it was disgusting. The floors are sticky and it smells horrible. The nurses aren't attentive.. my grandmother arrived early in the evening and wasn't even checked in with a nurse until the following day she arrived. This place needs to be shut down.

I was in this facility for over a week ad it was horrible. When you go to their website it shows a beautiful garden and shows this beautiful two bedroom room done in a very light mint green with a wine glass on the table with a napkin in it. I could go on and on and on, But my hands getting sore.

This place is a horrifying nightmare. My grandmother was sent here after spending about two weeks in Grossmont Hospital. If our family had a choice, we would have never sent her to this vile place. For one, the facility is filthy. The patients aren't properly cared for, either. I've witnessed patients answering phones, letting guests in when the night staff is too lazy to do so, and even wandering outside through emergency exits. My mother is a patient here, if she were stronger I would move her. I found her falling to the floor o, evening last week. I put the call bell on and waited 15 minutes for a response. My family has been there almost around the clock, we do the repositioning. Generally do not see a nurse in the hours I am there. The hospice agency asked why I chose this facility. I didn't and I regret my mother's last days are spent in this filthy place.

If there was a no star option I would not rate this place. My grandmother was transferred here and this place is awful! They never really came in to check on her. I was there visiting for about five hours and they never came in to change her. We asked for medicine to make her comfortable, since she is dying, it took them two hours to get it! My father was transferred to cottonwood last week, it was the biggest mistake ever they almost killed my father. 1-they lost his clothes they put on someone else's clothes. 2- his sugar level was out of control almost 400 they didn't care about giving him his medication on time. 3- he was burning when he would go to the bathroom they were supposed to check for bladder infection and totally ignored. 4- they won't help patients to the bathroom they tell them do it in your diaper and the worse part is I went in to check on my d... read more

I have a friend that was put in Cottonwood Canyon for hospice. She is on medical and medicare, because she is low income, she is in a room with 5 other people. Those with private ins are in a room with 2 beds. I walked into my friends room which was dirty, and clearly had not been cleaned for who knows how long. She was in a bed with dirty bedding.
