This is my second time buying a vehicle here! The customer service is exceptional. Luis V was my sales guy, he did a fantastic job :) I've never had anything bad to say about Courtesy until now. So while Luis and I waited for detail crew to finish "cleaning " which took about an hour. Pissed was an understatement when I got the truck and realized it wasn't clean. Scheduling was easy, the service provided was excellent. It was my first service since buying my vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and thought that with an appointment it would be a quick turn around. I waited 2 hours for it to be completed. I was surprised by that. I've never had to wait that long for a scheduled service before. But I'm new to Nissan. Maybe that's typical.
