I walked in with a question about my leased vehicle and drove off with the answer. Huge thanks to Darris. I usually see a salesperson hesitate when I say I want to lower monthly payments. Darris smiled, walked me to his desk, listened to the what-and-why, and dove into options. And listening wasn’t his best trait … he heard me.
