DECEITFUL , DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST and if I could give them ZERO STARS I would. If your a NEW CAR buyer please do not do business with this company. happiness is not their priority. My wife and I made our first and last appointment at this dealer for 4:30 on 6/16/22. Our appointment was with Cassandra. We arrive in the service drive and are not greeted or anything when we pull up. We decide to go inside and when we do, there are 3 advisors at the first few desks who did not greet us at all and didn’t even make eye contact. None had customers in front of them. Beware of this dealership. Poor communication. Still has not paid off my trade-in. It has been over a month. They do not answer text, email or phone calls. Their mail boxes are full. They have failed to send a payoff correctly twice. We are on our third try and I am now having to get my trade in lender to pester them answer. This even with the GM copied on emails. Beware of this company. I had to pay two car notes, as they cannot pay my car off in time even though they have a month and half to do so.

Complete dealership is shady and liars. Beware at financing- lenders do not add warranties. Teddy, the salesperson was nice but I felt like his hands were tied. Gus was over the top -- I felt he knew this vehicle was unacceptable and he was dishonest. Drove from Oklahoma after being told vehicle was ready. Never seen vehicle but sent me to financing. The staff that I dealt was was deceitful.. Initially I talked with your sales guy by phone and he boasted about what a sweet ride this unit was. When we drove 45 miles to check it out the next day we found the car on the website to be nothing like the one on your lot due to significant hail damage on hood and rear deck. That was a deal breaker for me.. His manager showed up agreed to fix the hail damage but noted that the process would only be about 85 % good...not exactly an expression of quality work. I left a review 6 months ago regarding a recall. Well, I finally got my vehicle back in and demoting from 3 stars to 1 star. I came in for an airbag recall. Ironically I now have a flashing airbag light on my dashboard that the rep and mechanic said was already there. Which is patently false. I had my vehicle at Honest 1 auto on 11/13 and have verified with them the light was not on.
