My car was STOLEN while being serviced at Courtesy Nissan. They say it was not their fault and did not try to assist me at all with this situation. They just said call your insurance company. No loaner car. No apology. They file a police report but that was it!

I recently had an experience with Courtesy Nissan that left me extremely disappointed. After finding what I thought was the perfect car and putting down a deposit to hold it, I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere. When I asked for a refund on my deposit, the dealership made it incredibly inconvenient for me to get it back. The finance personnel has no integrity, very belligerent, and very forceful. He needs to practice customer service even if a persons credit is not up to par. On the good note Jacob is a very professional car salesman, with integrity, and compassion.

I am disappointed in their lack of customer service! I have called multiple times and haven't gotten a good enough response. Robert was in charge of my car and didn't keep me up to date with the progress - it took way longer than he said it would! I am truly shocked. If you can, go to a different Nissan Dealership!
DECEITFUL , DECEITFUL TO SAY THE LEAST and if I could give them ZERO STARS I would. If your a NEW CAR buyer please do not do business with this company. happiness is not their priority. To them your ripe for all the shady tricks possible. They bait and switch prices. My wife and I made our first and last appointment at this dealer for 4:30 on 6/16/22. Our appointment was with Cassandra. We arrive in the service drive and are not greeted or anything when we pull up. We decide to go inside and when we do, there are 3 advisors at the first few desks who did not greet us at all and didn’t even make eye contact. None had customers in front of them. Beware of this dealership. Poor communication. Still has not paid off my trade-in. It has been over a month. They do not answer text, email or phone calls. Their mail boxes are full. They have failed to send a payoff correctly twice. We are on our third try and I am now having to get my trade in lender to pester them answer. This even with the GM copied on emails. Beware of this company. I had to pay two car notes, as they cannot pay my car off in time even though they have a month and half to do so.
