Typical used car sales. Trying to slip in items without calling attention to it hoping the customer wouldn’t notice.

I’m not satisfied with my new car, they gave me dirty car and tap stick on back also back glass lot of spots on windows. Friday I told them I spending almost $40 thousand for my dream car. I don’t want this car. I told them give me another 0 miles car. They gave me 36 miles when I received my car. I didn’t check because that day was raining I can not check all around the car. Jojo salesman told me next any day they will clean my car. I went December 20 almost 3 hours they can not remove spots.

The shop is not good enough they last in service they need to re tranto make this shop great

Went for my regular service and the dealer tried to sell me over $2,000 of service that I knew for sure I didn’t need. For example, Nissan recommends changing your air cabin filter every 15,000-30,000 miles. They changed mine 5,000 miles ago and still recommended it be changed again. Plus 3 other repairs. No impressed. Killed my trust in them.

I strongly resent being told/forced to write a certain number of words. If you’re trying to antagonize your customers, it’s working.

I mistakenly thought the battery was not charging. Brought car in to Courtesy Nissan because if parts needed replacing I wanted genuine Nissan parts to be installed. Courtesy Nissan INCORRECTLY diagnosed the alternator as not providing any current to charge the battery. I did not understand how the car charged the battery. Further investigation on the Internet provided more information to me. Courtesy Nissan replaced the alternator for a cost of about $1500.00.
