Nicole was a great help in finding out if we indeed were canceled as it takes 10 days and we had that holiday Monday that disrupted things. Got emails on Wednesday showing our policy's and making it look like we had policies with them still. Maybe in the future but could not afford them at the moment for a truck that hardly gets driven!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with any customer service professional!! Justin was amazing.
