I had a great experience with coverage x. The representative I spoke with was a clear professional and never made me feel pressured. Everything was explained in a way that made sense and I got my contract soon after signing up. I reach out later with a question and was relieved to speak to someone right away who actually helped me on the spot they followed through and made sure I felt taken care of. Miscommunication at first but then a manager got in the mix of it and fixed it and I appreciate that because there was a lot of misunderstanding and communication that happen that shouldn't have happened but I am happy with the situation that the manager resolved.

Great experience with the overall sales and claims process, was very skeptical at first. Rear window was stuck down due to a failed window power motor and regulator. Parts and labor were covered. Service advisor at the dealership said it was one of the best companys she ever dealt with to date. Saved myself $765. So far paying off.
