I spoke with two individuals prior to speaking with K.D. McNeil and Moe. I felt too much important information was eliminated on the initial call after speaking with the second individual, which is were I decided to cancel out the new policy. I hung up and called the customer service team and was told no one was available someone from the department that I needed to speak with. K.D. McNeil called me back and made my day.
