At first I was skeptical because of a bad experience I had in the past with car shield. The agent I spoke to At CoverageX was very knowledgeable, did not try to pressure me into making a split decision told me to take the money back guarantee to review it and recommended that take the hard copy of the policy to my local Jeep dealership to confirm it would cover my 2017 Jeep wranglers repairs. Heard a radio commercial advertising CoverageXs protection plans. I called in and spoke to a representative who was very knowledgeable and helpful about the company and the different plans they offer. The representative helped me pick a plan that was affordable for my budget. Thank you.

I had an awesome experience. The team was super easy to work with. Usually with previous companies I have worked with in the past - it's been such a headache, but so glad I found CoverageX, it's been a night and day difference. Had a solid first experience with this company. Just switching over from another provider and so far really easy to work with. **************** picked up at like 11 at night eastern which was a bit surprising I was planning on leaving a voice mail to update my billing date but they took care of it right then. Made me pretty darn happy as sad as that might be to say!

My experience with this company was awful. I was retaliated against it was a hostile work environment and it was made impossible for me to my work. The manager told me that I was conspiring with the previous manager to take over her job and I was a mole. I reminded her of her mother as she accused me of playing the victim. I was also told that I will grow into a miserable old lady with nothing but my cats.
