I called to get info on my coverage. I was greeted my Mr Romone Rickman. I asked for places to take my vehicle for services I needed. I was taken care completely. Mr.Rickman assured me that all my questions are d concerns were going to be met. I want to commend Mr. Rickman on his great customer service. Chris is an exceptional customer service representative. He is very professional. He clearly identified my concerns and then addressed them.
