The Creative Floors team, and Bob Hapka, were helpful, personable, communicative, on time, and efficient. The installers were excellent, too! They were hard working, neat, on time, and communicative.

I went to Creative Floors to just look at Carpet for my family room. I was greeted by Kyle who was very professional so I decided to purchased my carpet from him. Kyle was very professional as everyone I was in contact with was. I spoke to Nick who was very professional and the installers were very good as well. Much to our salesman’s chagrin….we decided to wait an Entire Year before writing our review. Our floor, Karndean Silver Barnwood, was laid in late Nov. 2021. And we are very happy to say that it has been everything we wanted and hoped for — easy care, easy clean-up and outstanding durability….and trust us…it’s been tested! I had a great experience from the start to the finished project. Kyle was very patient and helpful in selecting the right luxury vinyl planking for my home. The product arrived in a timely manner and the job was scheduled right away. The two gentlemen who did the installation were polite, friendly and very helpful and considerate of my home. Thank you and great job to the staff at Creative Flooring! I very much like and enjoy the finished floors!
This is the second time Creative Floors has installed floors for us, and this time they installed a backsplash too. The work has been excellent both times! Customer service is great, and the installation team led by Marcello is first rate - courteous, on time, and great attention to details. I highly recommend Creative Floors!

After recommendations from family and friends we decided to go over to Creative Floors in Casselberry. I’m glad that we did. Carl our salesperson was wonderful to work with . He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us choose the perfect flooring for our dining room, living room, family room and bedroom. I am so very please with my beautiful hardwood floors. Carl has been wonderful throughout this process. Although it took me nearly two years to make a decision, he was always patient and kind with me. Phase One was completed in October 2020 which included all of the main rooms in our home, the living, dining, entry way and family room.
