Need to fix payment methods lost 640 trying to make a payment while it took my money it told me 6 days later said insufficient funds

Annoying mostly. They message you about an upcoming payment and then continue doing it for the last half of the month you paid to lyk your bills coming around again in two weeks.

This app makes it difficult to make my monthly payment. It is currently telling me I need to create an account, which I did about 6 months ago, or to log in. So I go to log in, and the account does not exist. I go to create an account, and an account already exists. OK, so, let's recover the password. My information doesn't match. Neither password, social security number, account number, or my birthday. Nothing matches. This is my car, my account information, and I go threw this every month.

Required an update LITERALLY everytime i need to make a payment.

It may be helpful in your situation to turn on automatic updates so that the app is always ready to go.

Scam company, creditors etc. they give you loans at 20+% interest that you can't pay off.

The app has an update every month I go to pay my bill. Way too many updates for an app that never changes in function. The company themselves screw your credit over and will not work with you even through they are a credit building company. Save yourself hours and a headache and simply find another company.
