First, I had trouble logging in, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the app. Second, once I was able to log into my account, I couldn't finish setting up the account because it said I wasn't connected to the internet. This is a mobile app, and I was using wifi, but I shouldn't have needed the internet because I have data. I was told to use the app to make payments easier, lol, I've yet to be able to use it and hate it. I only gave this one star because I couldn't give it 0.
I'm having issues making a payment now for some reason. When I go to put my debit card info, it won't let me put the expiration numbers in. Only allows 3 digits. It has worked great in the past but the last 2 times I've tried, this same issue has happened. Please help...
First of all it will not allow you to set up face recognition it keeps turning off . Second yea they give you the loan when your credit is bad but if your loan is $20,000 you pay them almost $35,000 I am grateful I got the loan but this is nothing but a legit mafia .
Having problems with incorrect balance after car been tolted out left me in a bad situation but hope it changes soon I have faith in them .
Try to make a payment is so difficult because u type in your info exactly how u have many times and sometimes it will say error in your info please correct but there is nothing to correct its b.s then u call and get sent to an AI who also makes it hard to make a simple payment
