He always makes sure my 2015 Escalade gets the right attention at the right speed for the right cost! He truly cares about his customers. I drove in with a tire problem. Service person Monica came out and immediately found the problem. Wrote up the order and off went my car. 45 minutes later my car was ready. Crest personnel were great. 👍👍👍
