Crest went above and beyond my expectations. I was a little nervous when my car started to make unsettling noises. I quickly scheduled a service appointment and took my car to the shop. Upon arrival I was greeted by Greg who I then explained what was going on. He assured me that the issue would be taken care of that day and it was. Thank you again Greg and the service team at Crest Cadillac.

I went in with my daughter to get a car and came out of Crest Cadillac buying two cars. One for her and one for myself. Samuel made sure we got the price to be what we were willing to pay. My wife had him working the whole time and he did a good job and took care of us. Highly recommend him. The process was pretty easy with Samuel Dixon and also with Dean Robbin. Great dealership. I’ve bought about 10 cars from this dealership through my 75 years!!! I did try to get ahold of someone in management since the person I had felt with last was gone. That was an exercise in futility and it took a few days but I did finally get ahold of Josh whose office was with the managers and believe he might of held a manager title himself.
