Was a great experience. Everyone was very easy to work with. Chris Prudhomme was very helpful in our decision for a new vehicle. Joshua Gabbai handled our paperwork very proficiently
Gene was great as usual. Intake was quick. Service was completed much quicker than I anticipated. Only complaint is that this section of the survey requires 25 words or the survey won’t submit. Might consider getting rid of the requirement.
Gene (my service representative) was attentive and helpful. The loan car representative and the cashier were both friendly and competent. All service was done to my satisfaction I received my car very quickly.
Chris was very patient and informative as he helped us select the perfect Cadillac. He was easy to talk to and was upfront throughout the negotiations making our experience successful.
