My appointment was at 7:30 AM and when I arrived at 7:05 AM I was processed right away. I was my first time to work with Chris as a service advisor and he was very thorough explaining about my brake response that I was concerned about.

Shawn took care of me from the start, kept me informed and my car was ready in a week. In addition, I had a little maintenance done, based on what Shawn suggested. I hope to not have to turn my car in again for a long while but I will say this. Every time I have taken my car in, I have been well taken care of. I see purchasing my future Cadillacs from Crest.
