Service Mgr/Advisor Logan Mc Pherson is excellent! Very customer focused. Great communicator. Follow-up as promised. Always a text (that is actually read!) away! On my last visit, the transmission had an issue the day I was leaving on vacation. Logan took care of having the vehicle towed in (within 1 hour) and while on vacation he had the vehicle serviced, communicated with me, and when fixed, delivered it to my garage.

Great experience! We worked with Jordan Naemi and he was amazing! He was super helpful and made sure we were happy. We didn’t feel pressured to buy like other dealerships. We also worked with Schuyler in the finance department and he went above and beyond as well! Their whole team is great, we are so glad we chose to work with Crest!
