This was the best experience that we have ever had when dealing with car repair. I had a great experience at Crest Cadillac in their service area. Everyone was friendly and there to make the experience the best it could be. My advisor Gene Reeves was so helpful and answered all of my questions.
Chris was extremely helpful and courteous. He was easy to deal with. We didn’t have to haggle, we said how much we can afford and he made the deal based on that. From test drive to driving out from parking lot it took only 2.5 hours. While previous experience we had it took pretty much all day to close the deal. We would highly recommend Chris Prudhomme. Crest Cadillac does wonderful service and all their employees are very professional and friendly. Their prices are more reasonable then other Cadillac dealers I had gone to in the past. I won't take my car anywhere else to be worked on. When my car breaks down I make sure it is towed only to Crest Cadillac. Naturally if I was our of town that probably wouldn't be possible.
