Great Service Advisor I have been coming to Crest for Years. Bryan O. is my service advisor. Bryan continues to give me 5 star service. This morning my battery was dead. He offered to send road side service but I was able to start the car after charging it for about an hour and drove into the dealership. Bryan immediately got me in and offered to drive me to work. AWESOME!! Gene Reeves has been handling my aut service since 1999 when I bought my first car there, a 1999 Isuzu Trooper. Then a 2004 Escalade, a 2014 SRX, a 2016 CT6, a 2017 XT5, and now a 2017 CT6.
