Service personnel was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Work performed seems to be very good and on a timely basis. When checking out was informed use of credit card for payment would necessitate a 3% add on. If you are going to do this on each service call, please advise customer when car is delivered. Seems like like a A REAL xxxx-OFF FACTOR.

The process was an absolute beating. Bought/leased multiple cars, losing a day & 1/2 work is insane, the bulk of things could've been done online.
