This is s great dealership. The service department is outstanding. They are always quick and extremely courteous. Logan my service advisor is so accommodating. Even when I have not made an appointment they are extremely flexible. Logan (my service advisor) makes frequent updates via text or phone call when needed. Great experience.

Very professional, Mr. Bryan Oldham, who has been my service advisor for about 20 years starting before there was a Crest Cadillac, and even though it was his day-off, kept in touch with me via phone from home on the status while his 'desk' partner, Ms. Monica Toombs, saw to the actual maintenance and repair.
