This was the best experience that we have ever had when dealing with car repair. Our representative Monica Toombs did an excellent job by keeping us in the loop about what’s going on with our car and what was needing to be done to it for repair, we never wondered what was going on or the status of the repair and never had to call her to get info because she was on top of the status and kept us informed as the info came to her. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous. He was easy to deal with. We didn’t have to haggle, we said how much we can afford and he made the deal based on that. From test drive to driving out from parking lot it took only 2.5 hours. While previous experience we had it took pretty much all day to close the deal. We would highly recommend Chris Prudhomme.
