My 2016 Escalade came with Crest Certified Pre-Owned. Logan is my go to guy because he treats me like a friend not just a customer. Authentic Relationships are important, especially in the the Servicing of your car because you never want feel like someone is misleading you on Service Pricing ! My Caddy is now out of warranty so when that check engine light comes on occasionally I head to Crest for some Honest Results...

Even though the Escalade we originally ordered in early October was delayed Husain Jafri was able to get us a suitable vehicle in time for Christmas and working with Matt Riedl in sales was very easy and accommodating after the understanding but frustrating delay these gentlemen made the rest of the process very nice
