Both service managers I have dealt with in March and now in July have stated one thing and Never followed through on what they state and never follow up on status of my vehicle or order. Communication is non-existent and the customer is left making endless calls to follow-up and obtain the status. Greg Vetrano told me on 6/30/25 that the A/C control would most likely be in on 7/2/25. The service department has always been supportive and I’ve taken two of my Cadillacs to Crest. But a rent change where a service fee is added when you checkout because you use a CC is extremely disappointing and frankly a surprise! Rethinking my support of Crest as a provider for my cars maintenance.

Failed to fix my car multiple visits charged me 7k in 60 days and still all the warning lights on. Only good part was Logan the service rep. He's great.

There is NO more noise coming from my dash anymore. The NO content has come back and that means i can't use buttons on steering wheel and have to use the dash to change songs etc.

Poor service and not competent. Logan (he service adviser and shop manager) provided an erroneous diagnostic on my car and installed a 900.00 part that didn't resolve the problem as he said it would He demanded that I was responsible for the cost. I challenged him regarding the part he installed that didn't fix the issue. He then told me, "To fix my car, it would cost 3600.00 based on what his tech told him.
