Poor communication during service. Upon check-in, I was told routine maintenance would take approximately 2 hours. I waited in the customer service area. After waiting 2.5 hours, I went to service advisor (different person than who checked me in) and asked for the status of my maintenance. I was frustrated to learn my car had been ready for at least .5 hour without being notified. There were a few hiccups along the way—wait time for financial guy was over an hour, to pick up car was about 10 days. When I picked up my car, navigation and car play didn’t work and the front license plate wasn’t on. So now I have to bring my car back.

Will never buy a car from there again. Very little to no communication. Bought a Toyota Supra GR. I was promised a remote since the car I purchased only came with one. And some might think this is petty, but cars now a days are so picky and or sophisticated that without the remote/FOB key the car will is not start, period. Crest team has a follow up process that makes you wish AI was further along than it is. We worked our deal through Corey which not to shame him but seems he has not been in the business very long so I tried not to be to hard on him. The management staff seemed to not give him answers in a timely manner and was tough to get responses. We ended up doing the deal and paid for transportation to Colorado. Only Concerned about 3% Credit Card Charges. Most of the service centers don’t charge for credit cards
Gave me an inspection report based on my mileage. Not acceptable in my opinion. Give me an inspection based on what tech sees. Then you charge a 3 % fee on credit card. I will definitely be going back to Sewell
