I am disappointed with Crest Caddilacs service.First they took most the day to diagnose the issue with my car and then they lie when they were suppose to be done with it which was Saturday. The service rep said it would be done on Saturday. She was at work that day so another rep was suppose to call me when it was rwdy for pickup. He never calledHe told the rep who handled the cars repair that he called and left a voice mail. He lied there was no voice mail. Serviceman ordered work that he did not get authorized by me. This cost me close to to $1400. Robbery! Told me it was a leak, turned out he had them replace my entire shock. Robbery! When I got there they told me I would get a loaner vehicle. It took so long to get the loaner that I had to leave and go back to work. I called later that day and the next two days trying to get a loaner vehicle and was given the run around. Finally they offered me one 3 days later. Never mentioning my efforts or apologizing for not responding.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We assure you that we would never perform unauthorized work on a customer's vehicle. We do apologize that it took so long to provide you with a loaner vehicle. We would be happy to discuss your situation with you further. I purchased a CPO Cadillac. The Salesperson Kodie was nice and the vehicle was great. The Finance Manager was very friendly until I told him I did not want to buy an extended warranty. He tried to tell me that I did not know what I was doing and needed to buy the extended warranty. He even offered me a lower interest rate to change my mind. When I refused, He became very rude and callis towards me. He also was set on the bank for us to finance through. When I question the interest rate and asked what GM Financial was offerin... read more

Was happy with the repair of my car but not happy with the service we received from the service man "Paul". Called several times to talk to Paul and he never called back after 2 days. An urgent email was sent to him to call my husband, he never called. I had to call and talk to someone else to find out the status of my car. When asking Paul why he would not return our call he told my husband he was just busy. After 2 days of calling I think somewhere in there he should have made time to call. That's his job!

I found the vehicle online and made the purchase from out of state this was a new process for me. David the sales rep was very nice and responsive. Since they had just received this vehicle, the pictures of the vehicle were missing on their website, he sent me a few pictures. There were couple of minor issues which he told me they will repair before the vehicle is delivered. For the most part they did correct the issues such as detailing the vehicle (below average), repairing a tear in the door (great job) but the rims on th... read more

Wow Wow Wow. Spent well over fifty thousand dollars on a CPO car . They missed lots of things. Left it over night to be cleaned. And they scratched it. Still waiting to get it repaired. Thought the CUE was out took it to another Dealer. He says yep needs to be replaced. Wow Wow Wow. Like the car not totally satisfied with the Dealer.

My first service experience did NOT go well. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me I would have to wait a couple of days to schedule the appointment so they could have a loaner car available. So I drove all the way into the dealership for my scheduled appointment, they told me it would take a bit to get my loaner car. After about 20 they told me there were 3 other people before me still waiting for a car, s... read more

Better deal for who?Although I’d like to give a lengthy Better deal for who? Although I’d like to give a lengthy review of my experience at Crest Cadillac, I’ll keep it short and simple. On 8/31/20, I was looking at a new 2020 Escalade, MSRP $82500, with 2 miles on it and an online ad for $66897. Sales guy said it’s sold and brings back a demo, MSRP of $84220 with 6952 miles and the online ad is for $68483. We agree on the selling price of $65000 and my trade in for $65200. Let them run my credit for the finance and the apr ... read more

I made a full price offer they accepted. Then they sent me the out the door price and proceeded to add an additional $1295 fee for tinted windows which were already tinted, door guards, ($10 on Amazon) and nitrogen air in the tires. When I questioned this charge in an email Matthew got upset and in a huge bold font replied “all dealers do this” as if he was throwing a tantrum. He then proceeded to tell me they had to make a second key that was missing and I had to pay for it. This is another bogus excuse several other custom... read more
