I am so thankful for the way Bryan Oldham took care of helping me! He got Aldo to drive me to and from home, and had them pick me up a second time. He got me a beautiful loaner car when my car wasn’t finished by the next day, and I was greeted warmly by everyone at the dealership especially the cashier who I enjoyed chatting with her about her darling toddler son! I saw an email about a tire sale. I made a call to service rep Shawn and we set up an appointment for a few days out with a key drop box late Sunday night. Monday early the texts started. My car was done early by 10:30am (not noon) as promised. A Lyft picked me up and I was there to pay and on my way. Thank you Shawn and Crest for the fabulous service. It was great to get a clean pollen covered car back as well! I will be back - keep having good service deals please.
