Logan and the rest of the service management team to include the vallets and billing and checkout are perfection.

My car was checked in at the appointed time by a very courteous service person. I waited in the comfortable waiting room (and had coffee) until the repair was done. Checkout was fast and I left with a new tire and very clean car.

Crest Cadillac has always gone above and beyond their service, but that being said it would be nice if you had something other than coffee when your going to be there more than several hours specially on Saturday.

Crest service department is top notch. The service manager Logan McPherson is the best in the business. Always makes the service experience enjoyable. When he’s not available Greg Vetrano is there to give the same level of experience.
