5 Star : My Experience Comprehensive 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality 0.5 Star : Customer Service It smells since I retrieved it, as if someone left a window open in the rain and a strong mold smell now permeates. No matter what I try I cannot remove the odor. I would like for Crest to have my auto detailed to git rid of that smell. Once that is done then I will revise my review. Otherwise no comment until that issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

Horrible and still not finished experience. 2 Star : Repair Quality We had 2 vehicles in at once: keep and a truck. Jeep repair went well (8) , but the truck experience was horrible(1), so giving a 4 average score. We had to escalate on the shop rep Marco for being insurance biased, negotiate repairs done ourself with insurance reps, then wait for 3 supplements approved and additional work done.
