0 Star : My Experience Vehicle sat for days before anyone even bothered to look at it. Eddie wouldn’t communicate and acted like I was a problem. Eddie started telling me items weren’t related to my claim the first time we talked even though nobody had even looked at my car. 0 Star : My Experience My service associate sent me an email the 2nd day my vehicle was there stating he had missed some parts and additional labor and that he needed my approval to begin work. I didn't see the email until 5 days later so a whole week was wasted. I believe he should have called me or at the very least text me when he didn't hear back from me.
