The estimate was done lower than the other I had to ensure the insurance would select Volvo and I was asured the shop would take care of the rest. 0 Star : My Experience Extremely disappointed with how my car was handled. My car was hit while in the body shop. Something was sprayed and squirted all over the inside and my brembo performance brakes were damaged. Completely unacceptable to me. 0 Star : My Experience When the vehicle was returned there were still errors such as the auxiliary battery and the park assist. The windshield wiper reservoir was empty and upon filling it did not work. There were several large scratches on my car and when we called to report the issue I was told that my car was so dirty when it came in that I wouldn’t have noticed them. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I think the shot should have been more truthful about when the glass would arrive. They could have said it may come in, but probably won’t. They should not told me two weeks to fix the car when it was actually two months. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality I was told the window glass was to be in 4 times, I don’t think Crest Collision should tell customers if they are not sure the glass will come in .
