5 Star : My Experience I wish that the estimate for the time it took was more accurate. I also wish that I was updated more often about when my car would be ready, for example, I was told Thursday be ready on Friday and then Monday that it would be ready on Tuesday. I just felt very uninformed and out of the loop. I also wish that someone had helped me unload and reload my car. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality First I RECEIVED NO STATUS UPDATES! If I had not stopped by to check with Sylverio i would still be paying for a rental. The only update I received was when a 3 day job that took a week was finished. Then it was poorly vacuumed and had spots and runs from the wash. I was an auto adjuster. 0 Star : My Experience There was several miscommunications in getting the repair quoted and started. The quality of work was good but thry tried to charge me the full repair price not realizing I paid half up front 2 weeks prior.

They promised to update me twice a week. Over the course of my vehicle being there (multiple weeks), I was notified only once via email. They need to work on their communication.

1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend They did the job itself great, but the customer service was shoddy. Claimed weekly/process updates, I got maybe half total. Only sometimes the preferred communication that was on my paperwork. Not all that impressed, wish I'd gone somewhere else. 5 Star : Repair Quality Repair was perfect. Car works. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Communication was very poor.
