0 Star : My Experience I never heard from anyone regarding repairs. I always had to call. I got a text Today that my truck was ready for pick up. I picked it up 2 days ago I dropped my truck off at Chevy dealership on Sept 5th. Got a call on Sept 7th from Crest asking when I wanted to drop my truck off. Communication is everything

I do not do well with people not stating facts, especially when it comes to communication from my end. This was not a good experience. Chris has been awesome, with zero hiccups. 0 Star : My Experience Delays in initially looking at my car wasted 1.5 weeks of my rental car coverage, then defects on hood paint job that extended the car pickup by another 7-days. Overall- over 1.5months to complete. Good side was Silverio that kept me informed and worked with me on some rental car reimbursement . I texted the associate 60 mins prior to arriving and he acknowledged the text! When I arrived I was informed that the car wasn’t ready and that he was having the mechanic fix a missed issue. She the car was pulled around I noticed that the work was sloppy on the door casing! He took my vehicle back again. After a hour + of waiting I was finally able to leave with my car.... read more
