The manager who did the initial quote and intake of my car had very poor communication skills - only sent vague auto texts as status updates, was difficult to get a hold of, and never provided an a requested quote on additional work I was wanting to have done while in their shop. When we picked the car up there was some kind of lubricant all over the driver's side floor mat. Crest seemed totally uninterested in cleaning it. Also there was a problem submitting the claim with USAA, but that may not have been due to Crest.

0 Star : My Experience Tony kept me well informed throughout the repair. Excellent. I have had many collision repairs, and this was the only one finished on time, actually two days early. Excellent. The body work looks great. Excellent. I had a previous minor rear impact that left a small tear in the rear bumper cover that I thought might be repaired, since the bumper cover required work as part of this contract. Just a little disappointed with that.

The staff didn’t greet her when she walked in. They were very unfriendly with her and my brother in law when my car was dropped off. 0 Star : My Experience The repairs and customer service were all satisfactory. However, the $60 charge for a car wash was surprising, and feels like a dishonest way to sneak in an unnecessary extra fee. A car wash should be complimentary, if included.
