0 Star : My Experience Picked my truck, immediately heard rattling, found grease spots all over. These are just a couple of issues. I was told that after completing the work it would go through a quality control process, I can tell that did not occur. After contacting my rep, I was put on the back burner; terrible service! My crest representative never once called me first giving me detail about my vehicle repair. 0 Star : My Experience Whoever took ALL my stuff from the trunk/hatch area and just chunked it into the back sears needs to be talked to. That is ridiculous. I am a drug rep and also carry a bunch of sport equipment for my kids. So it’s a bunch of stuf and lose papers were EVERYWHERE.
