0 Star : My Experience The front headlights do not work after I received it back. They worked before I dropped it off and did not know they would be effected by the repair. I need them fixed ASAP at minimal inconvenience to me.

They allegedly called my phone number but appears they were using the wrong are code. Long conversation and email to correct the contact information and then never heard back until the repairs were allegedly completed

1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not convenient for my friends. 3 Star : Repair Quality There was a significant delay in fixing my car and I was without a vehicle for the entire work week. 3.5 Star : Customer Service I was unable to drop off the vehicle on Monday as requested. They had a drop box so I could leave the car Sunday but it had to be parked on the street as the parking lot was locked. Also, the distance to travel was inconvenient and no loaner car was provided. So, I was required to coordinate a return vehicle.

0 Star : My Experience Whomever put my bumper back on —cracked the right side of the bumper under the taillight and are refusing to repair it. It was not like that when it was brought in and the receptionist said they have pictures showing it was not there and Tony said it was not there. Danny the manager told Tony that there was prior damage there and they won’t fix it. I have proof of a video of the tow truck driver driving my car onto the tow truck clearly showing no crack!!
