Great follow up and focus During the process I was able to share with Robert what I was looking for in a car and he was able to work to find the best car for me. He had to coordinate with the preowned department to answer my questions. Even on a Saturday I was able to get in and out with my car in about an hour. Thanks to all those at Crest.
No-pain deal DJ Johnson was wonderful. He worked with me for four months to find the right car, and closed the deal, including trade-in, remotely. Drove in, signed the paperwork, drove out. Best Salesman Ever: Ernest Morgan We walked in the dealership to look for a comfortable SUV for long drives and 2days later left with a 2015 QX70. I didn't buy the Yukon Denali from Ewing GMC. I walked in to check out the QX80 with no appointment and my kids in tow just to check out another SUV comparable to the Yukon I was test driving that day. DJ was super sweet with my kids (kept them entertained with golf and the playground) and printed out the comparisons between the 2 vehicles.
