Supportive My vehicle was totaled and i started shopping. I don’t like pushy salespeople and communicated my situation and timeline. DJ was very respectful of my requests. Actively listened to my needs. Ultimately I did not buy an Infiniti from them. I did purchase a different vehicle to replace my totaled one and because of DJ’s excellent customer service, I Made sure that I purchased my new vehicle from another Crest Dealership.

Satisfied Buyer I submitted an internet request Sunday afternoon and DJ responded immediately. He asked all of the important questions and setup an appointment next day. He was very professional and kind. DJ also arranged the completion of my sale on his off day. Cedric, Kaleb, and Li Shao took good car of me. Great service I recommend Crest INFINITI for anybody looking to buy or service INFINITI vehicle. Dealership is in mint condition with great customer service. My salesman, Mr Kegan Lewless is very professional, welcoming and very responsive to my communications. We were able to agree on reasonable price for the vehicle. He delivered it in spectacular condition. He continued to assist with after the sale paperwork. I will definitely do more business with him in the future.
