Great experience I am picking up my 3rd vehicle from Richie tonight. Richie is great to work with. He is not a pushy salesman but gets you what you want/need. The thing I hate most about buying cars is the wait time. Richie has my deal all done for me so I can sign and go...easy, breezy, lemon squeezy! I will definitely continue to buy from Richie!

David is nothing short of awesome! I guess the saying is true..."you only buy from people you like." I can honestly say David goes above and beyond to make sure you are not only comfortable in the vehicle of your choice but it's also the best deal for you. I have never sang karaoke on a test drive before but thats the experience you get with David! He's awesome....and has a wonderful voice.

Very positive They did a great job. Please change your review guidelines. It is obnoxious that you would put a minimum on word count to submit the review. I said they were excellent and that should be enough.
Exceptional customer experience DJ helped us lease an Infiniti QX60 in 2015, When our lease was up we called DJ and worked with him to arrange a lease on a new QX60. He worked with us to get the car we wanted at the terms we wanted. I would recommend Crest Infiniti and DJ as a salesperson as he listens and respects you as a customer.

Keagan was awesome My wife was hard to please and had many objections to the new Qx50. Keagan was so patient and understanding. He validated her concerns and provided thoughtful and sincere answers to all of her questions. My wife was won over and absolutely loves her new car! There is peace at home again!
