No loaner despite taking an appointment. After I got there, I was summarily told to "Take an appointment the next time" without ascertaining whether I had taken one or not. It's not the end of the world, but when you buy an Infiniti, you expect a certain level of service, which I didn't see here. Most likely, I'll not buy another car from Crest.

MILES is DISHONEST, PRICES ARE DECEITFUL . Planned to buy a pre-owned car but tried to add upgraded options . Misleading car prices. BEWARE OF CREST PKG.

We had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the sales manager, who displayed a complete lack of respect towards us as customers. Despite negotiating over the phone, Tim Walker insisted that we come in person to finalize the deal according to our specifications, even though we were willing to offer more than originally discussed. Unfortunately, Tim's arrogance overshadowed any chance of constructive dialogue, as he failed to communicate with us in a respectful manner. I would not recommend him to any of my acquaintances. De... read more

I’ve worked in the automotive industry over 20 years, purchased numerous vehicles from franchise dealers & mom/pop. This was by far the worse car buying experience. We had been working w|Daniel Kanu, submitted all documents requested, get to the dealership March 29 around 3pm and didn’t leave until after 10pm. (Loan still not secured, as the lien holder was requesting 3 months statements) Daniel let us leave with the vehicle, as we caught a Lyft there thinking all was good! We drove the car an entire week, connected Daniel w... read more

Purchased a 2023 QX60 sensory edition in December and it has been back to the shop three times for issues related to Apple Car play connection and system feature that seem to go out periodically. Surprised the audio system doesn’t support surround sound optimal listening unless it’s powered by Apple Car Play. Service has tried to remedy the issues but they keep resurfacing. It will be the last Infinity for me.

I bought a vehicle from Brandon De Soto in October 2023. He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived home a low battery indicator came on. When I notified Brandon he offered to replace it, but after driving it an hour to Frisco my service representative Blake told me my battery was healthy. When I asked what the age of the battery was he said he did not have that information. I brought my vehicle to my service shop and was to... read more

Beware! Ive bought 3 vehicles from Crest, never an issue. Recently I purchased a prenowned Escalade to use as a family utility vehicle. Pric was fair, it was sold as a Certified Preowned. The day after I bought I left town on a road trip. Immediately, we discovered that adaptive cruise didn't work, front end crash avoidance didn't work, "fuel range" indicator was eratic, rear heat would say 70 then 10 minutes later say 85, driver power seat made crunching noises. Obviously something was wrong. I called my service advisor, he... read more

CREST CADILLAC SOLD US A LEMON! EXTREMELY disappointed with my recent purchase of a 2017 Cadillac Escalade from Crest Cadillac—21 days in, less than 30 miles driven per day and already dealing with a major transmission issue to the tune of a $19,500 fix (outrageous quote to fix from Crest Service Department) Despite claiming to "provide customers with true value and a superior lineup of luxury vehicles", Crest Cadillac refuses to back the quality of their vehicles. They refuse to make it right! Terrible service—no follow up,... read more
